Booking Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your charter. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date will forfeit the deposit unless we can reschedule your trip.
Weather safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip to ensure we return on schedule.
